Set up a Layby

Our pieces can sell out quickly, so you can secure the piece you love and pay it off in installments.

Simply let us know in the form below which pieces you would like, and how often you would like to pay your layby off, and we will set up the layby for you.You will receive invoices via email which you are able to pay online. Francie does not store any of your credit card details, and you remain in control of payments throughout.

Terms & Conditions

An initial deposit of 30% is required to confirm your layby. It is non-refundable after a 3 day cooling off period. If you wish to cancel your layby for a full refund please let us know within 3 days, after this time if you wish to cancel the layby the 30% deposit is non-refundable, and we can only refund any additional payments made.

Payment in full must be made within 30 days, however, if you are having trouble completing the layby in this time please let us know and we can extend the layby period by an extra 14 days at our discretion.

Layby is available for full-priced pieces only.
