30 Day Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges
- Email us at hello@Francie.com.au to request an exchange and let us know what you would like to exchange it for so that we can put it aside for you.
- Send your full-priced knit back to our New Zealand Studio within 30 days of receiving it, with tags attached and in unworn, unwashed, saleable condition.
- We recommend tracking your parcel, as we cannot process an exchange if the piece goes missing in transit.
- Once we receive your return we will post your replacement to you free of charge.
Refunds
Many are suprised to learn that the banks do charge a substantial fee to businesses every time a refund is processed.
At the moment we are doing our best to absorb these fees when our customers need a refund, but if you feel like you may be looking for another style now or in the near future, choosing an exchange or a credit note instead is a great way to support small businesses like ours.
- If a refund is the best option for you, email us at hello@Francie.com.au to request a refund for your full-priced knit
- Send it back to our New Zealand Studio within 30 days of receiving your knit, with tags attached and in unworn, saleable condition.
- We recommend tracking your parcel, as we cannot process a refund if the piece goes missing in transit.
- Once we receive your return, refunds (less any postage costs) will be processed via the original method of payment. Please allow up to a week from when your knit arrives with us for your refund to be processed entirely.
Sale knits
Please choose carefully as all sale purchases are considered final. We cannot accept change of mind returns of sale items.
We recommend checking the garment measurements and description carefully. If you have any questions about a sale piece that you would like to ask before purchasing, don't hesitate to get in touch at hello@Francie.com.au
found a problem with your knit?
We take the quality of our knits very seriously and check every piece multiple times. But we are human, and sometimes mistakes can happen.
If you believe you have received a piece that is faulty or not as described, please let us know via email. We will endeavour to repair or replace it, and if this is not possible or appropriate a refund will be granted.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Returns During the Sock Promotion
Garments purchased during our free sock promotion are still able to be returned as above.
Your free socks are yours to keep with any return for a credit note or an exchange.
If you would prefer a full refund, your socks need to be returned with the return of your garment. Otherwise if you love your socks and would like to keep just the socks, just let us know and we can deduct the value of your socks from your refund.
